Welcome to our 32’.5” travel trailer retreat, nestled on a private, scenic property in the heart of Payson, Arizona. You have two flexible options: stay right on the grounds with full water + power hookups + WiFi included, or take the fully equipped trailer to a location of your choice (on-road towing permitted).Inside you’ll find comfortable accommodation for up to 7 guests with: a master bedroom (queen bed), two bunk beds, a convertible sofa bed and a convertible dinette/bed. The bathroom includes a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped: gas‐burner stove, convection microwave, full set of cooking pans, utensils, and both interior and exterior refrigerators. Entertainment includes a TV in both main living area and bedroom, Bluetooth audio system with interior and exterior speakers/hookups, video games, plus central heating and air-conditioning for true comfort.We’re pet‐friendly! Bring your dog along: we provide a fenced exterior dog area and dog beds for their comfort. Very accommodating and easy to communicate with, owner checked in to make sure things were working well and I was settled with no issues. Communications were left open incase there were problems that came up to manage through. Appreciated the walkthrough of how things worked to return the trailer as it was, with no issues. 5 Stars!

The RV was clean and ready to use. We really appreciated the opportunity to have it delivered and set up as well as picked up at the end of our trip. Larry was fantastic and he communicated in a timely manner. He also provided some helpful videos. We would absolutely rent from Larry again and we highly recommend him!!

TIG3R DEN Guest Rules Welcome to the TIG3R DEN! -We’re excited to host you here in the heart of Payson, AZ. To ensure a safe, comfortable stay for everyone (including future guests and furry friends), please review and follow these guidelines. Cleanliness & Care -Treat the TIG3R DEN as you would your own home. No smoking or vaping inside the trailer -Please remove shoes inside if possible — dirt and pine needles love to tag along! -Dishes, cookware, and utensils should be rinsed and returned clean. -Dispose of trash in designated outdoor bins. -If stationary, please do not dump gray/black tanks yourself — contact the host for service. -If towing, tanks must be emptied before return unless you purchased the Dump Service add-on. Pet Policy -We’re proud to be dog-friendly! -Dogs are welcome with prior approval and the pet fee paid. -Maximum = 2 dogs under 60 lbs each (unless otherwise approved). -Please use the provided outdoor fence and dog beds — no pets on human beds or furniture. -Pick up after pets promptly. Waste bags are provided. -Never leave pets unattended inside the trailer for extended periods. Equipment & Hookups -The TIG3R DEN includes full water, sewer, and electrical hookups when stationary. -If towing: ensure your tow vehicle has a 2-5/16" ball, 7-pin connector, and brake controller. -Use only the provided stabilizers and wheel chocks; do not move or adjust jacks beyond instruction. -For generator use, observe quiet hours (10 PM – 7 AM) and refill only with approved fuel. Check-Out Checklist -Before you roll out or check out: -Sweep or lightly clean interior. -Wash or secure dishes. -Empty trash. -Turn off lights, appliances, A/C & heat. -Secure awning and exterior gear. -Close and lock all doors/windows. -Confirm tanks are empty (if towing). Can You Deliver The Trailer?

Yes, we deliver up to 45 miles from 85541 at $3 per mile. Minimum $75.

Does It Come With Or Require A Generator?

R.

It does not come with, but you may rent as an add-on. This unit requires electrical hookups at the campsite or generator capable of a minimum 7,000 running amps and 50 amp outlet. Additionally, with a converter, you can plug into a 240 AC outlet. This trailer has two AC units and requires a significant power source to run them and the other amenities simultaneously. Anything shy of the required options stated above will not satisfy the minimum requirements.

Hello, my name is Larry Zahn and I am your host and owner of the TIG3R DEN. Lifelong Corporate Security Director, Private Investigator and now owner of TIG3R12 Clothing Co. Our store is located at 708 N Beeline Hwy, Payson, AZ 85541. Stop in and say Hi. We’re a clothing brand geared towards extreme sports and sponsor many youth athletes throughout the country. We also make custom clothing, promotional items and provide brand coaching for other businesses. I’m also a board member for the Arizona Small Dog Rescue. We have a fondness for all animals/nature, the beach, the forest and the outdoors. Hence, the TIG3R DEN travel trailer. We enjoy hosting your extended family and understand the importance of bringing your pets along with. We hope you enjoy your stay and ask that you take good care of and respect our home-away-from-home. We take pride in delivering an exceptional experience and just ask that you return the trailer in the same condition it was rented. Enjoy!
