2021 Love Shack

This has been my 3rd rental with Garvins. They have always been very personable. They provide a great customer experience. I very much appreciate Walter and Arn for there delivery services. I will definitely rent again. Thank you Garvins!

We did have a couple problems: 1)When we got to Roosevelt lake and got the trailer set up, we started the generator with no problems. It ran for about 20 minutes and then died. (I did call your office at about 4:30pm, nobody answered and I did leave a message)When we tried to start it again it wouldn’t start. We let it sit for about an hour and tried again. It started right up and ran for about 30 minutes before it died again. Once again, it wouldn’t start until we let it sit for a while. Unfortunately we were not able to us the generator due to the mechanical issues. We ended up having to use a generator from one of the other people in our camp. 2) the battery/batteries would not hold a charge. After about an hour after turning off the generator, the water pump would not work at all and the lights were extremely dim. I am hoping you will adjust my bill crediting me for at least the cost of the generator that I was not able to use. Please let me know and send me a copy of my invoice. Thank you, Tammy Pistol

Great to show up and have trailer already ready. Same with leaving it behind. All worked well except Frig Door.

Thanks for your helping me with our first trailer trip. The entire rental process was awesome. It was very nice to have the trailer waiting for us when we arrived at lake Roosevelt. We will see you again.

The camper worked out fantastic. The delivery and pickup service made this even better. The generator didn’t work properly and we were unable to use the AC.
