4.5Garvin's provides great service. I would have rated 5 stars, but the Conquest has seen better days. I attribute this to prior renters possibly being negligent in the care of the rental. A bit of TLC is needed.

4.0Pick up and return was super easy. I did have issues with my contacting you from the phone numbers on your website and once I did a quote or looked at a unit for information, I don't see a way to get back into the quote from my email. Trailer was great. Everything worked well but I don't think black tank was empty as it said almost full the entire time and we really didn't use it much as we had another we used. Beds could be more comfortable for sure since that is why we rented it was to sleep somewhere rather than the ground which might have been more comfortable.

3.0The administrative part of the rental was seamless. They delivered the camper to the camp site and set it up. But, the camper was absolutely filthy. Like it hadn't been cleaned at all after the last several rentals. The utensils were dirty as were all the pans and dishes. It was not stocked as advertised. The kicker was that they had to send maintenance out to us twice as we could not keep the refrigerator going. Turned out, it was a bad battery, so not really their fault, but based on the condition of the camper it's no surprise they didn't check the battery.. The water wasn't full when we got there, so we ran out. There is a bright spot. The service from the maintenance person was stellar. Such a nice guy and accommodating. Too bad he had to drive out there twice.
