The administrative part of the rental was seamless. They delivered the camper to the camp site and set it up. But, the camper was absolutely filthy. Like it hadn't been cleaned at all after the last several rentals. The utensils were dirty as were all the pans and dishes. It was not stocked as advertised. The kicker was that they had to send maintenance out to us twice as we could not keep the refrigerator going. Turned out, it was a bad battery, so not really their fault, but based on the condition of the camper it's no surprise they didn't check the battery.. The water wasn't full when we got there, so we ran out. There is a bright spot. The service from the maintenance person was stellar. Such a nice guy and accommodating. Too bad he had to drive out there twice.

The bathroom door wouldn't close properly and it said that the black tank was full when we got it. I'm not sure if that was broken or if we had the previous person's sewer😕
