Host Robert (and Rosie) provided prompt communication, helpful assistance, and were great to work with, even when a different RV was provided, which still worked out for the guest.

The RV is described as brand new, extremely clean, well cared for, and accurate to photos with all items present. Guests reported no mechanical issues during trips. One guest received a different RV than booked, but it worked out.

5.0We originally wanted to go with another local rental place but didn't because they were so rude to us. When looking at Outdoorsy, I really liked Robert's trailers. He was prompt at communication, on time, reasonable and very personable. Robert answered any questions, gladly showed me how things functioned, made pick up and drop off really easy. He went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and ready for the trip. We will definitely rent from him again for our next trip!

5.0Robert and Rosie were fantastic hosts. The facility where they keep their trailer is impeccable and has all the services including waste dump and pressure washing station. The trailer was extremely clean and well cared for. We will definitely rent it again in the future.
