*******Please Note: Delivery/pickup is NOT available Monday-Friday before 4pm.*********Most campsites have a check out time before noon so please keep this is mind when booking with us and your campsite.**********NO Smoking, any sign or smell inside the trailer will result in a 100% loss of the security deposit.The toilet should be flushed with plenty of water and Nothing besides RV toilet paper. We will supply all you will need :)The trailer should be returned in the condition it was picked up in. If not, a $150 cleaning fee or a $300 deep cleaning fee will be applied if it requires a deep cleaning. All dishes used should be washed, dried, and put away, floors swept, and sinks and showers washed. We will strip and wash bedding and towels and wipe everything down.Tanks should be emptied and the black tank rinsed clear unless paying the $100 dump fee. The pickup and droop-off process was smooth, and the owners were friendly, responsive and easy to communicate with. We had no issues during our trip and the RV was comfortable and well-equipped.
