Karen was so amazing. Her communication was fantastic. This RV drives very easy & smooth! Even Bluetooth for music. The RV was perfect for our family reunion. Everything worked great. Just bring your sleeping bags & food & you’ll have a great trip!!

Such a fun great trip! We drove out to Yellowstone and back. Karen is super friendly, and made everything so easy. Will definitely rent again!

Overall the experience with this rental was pleasant, however, there were a couple of issues that once resolved made things go smoothly. Karen was very accommodating/flexible on times to pickup and drop off. Small hiccup on the drop off time between us , however, Karen made it work. Unit is a little worn due to usage, but nothing major. Main reason for 3 out of 5 stars is that the RV was not thoroughly cleaned when we picked it up. Looked like it was just returned. We had to go back and clean bathroom as well as microwave as it looked like someone spilled food in the microwave. We also had to go and dump the black water as the prior renter did not fully dump the unit, which was about a 1/3rd full. As mentioned once we resolved those issue everything else went smoothly.

Karen was great, very flexible with pick-up a d drop-off times. She was quick to respond to questions and needs. The RV is in great shape and packed with extras. Will definitely rent from her again!
