Unfortunately, our experience did not match the 5-star reviews we saw before booking. I do want to give credit where it’s due: the host was very responsive when we had questions and helped us troubleshoot the leveling system error and other technical issues. I appreciated that he was easy to reach. However, the condition of the RV when we picked it up was unacceptable. Although we appreciated being allowed to pick it up early, it was clear it had not been properly cleaned. The toilet, oven, and microwave were dirty. The refrigerator had mildew inside, and every bed had dog hair all over the sheets. The drawers were full of crumbs, food debris, trash, and dog hair. We ended up spending about three hours cleaning the RV ourselves before we could even start enjoying our trip. When I let the host know about the condition, the only response I received was, "Okay." There was no apology or attempt to make it right. During the trip, we also dealt with several issues, including leveling system errors, the AC leaking, power shutting off multiple times, and a refrigerator/freezer that did not cool properly. It took nearly three days for our food to freeze. Because of the time we lost and the issues we experienced, I requested a refund for one night. The host declined the refund but did allow us to keep the RV for one additional night at no charge, which I appreciated. When we returned the RV, I was disappointed that there was still no acknowledgment or apology for the condition in which it had been provided. The host was responsive when technical issues came up, and I appreciate that. However, an RV should be clean, sanitary, and fully functional before guests arrive. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. I'm leaving this review so future renters know what we experienced, and I sincerely hope these cleanliness and maintenance issues are addressed.

David was fantastic to rent from! The RV was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We took it down to Marathon for the weekend, and it made for an amazing trip. Everything worked perfectly, and the RV drove great the entire way. David was friendly, responsive, and made the rental process smooth from start to finish. I would absolutely rent from him again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great RV rental experience!

David was a wonderful host. He was accommodating with our requests for late pick up and late return. He walked us through the features of the RV and explained all the steps. The RV was in excellent condition.
