1.0I wish ZERO stars was an option. Upon arriving to pick up this trailer, we found it massively damaged with tires that were deflated. . The first night of the trip we noticed leaking spoke to the owner. She claims they had no idea about this. We arrived at the destination and determined that the AC was broken. We spent four days in a trailer that was over 87°. Then when it finally cooled off and rained water leaked on us in bed from a massive roof leak… from there it got worse. The tires were not maintained, and we had two blowouts and desolate areas. This was the worst experience of our life. This owner was completely negligent. I suspect that this trailer was actually a salvaged trailer based on the numerous issues that it had and the fact that the doors would not open and extreme damage. I warn anyone who rents from Outdoorsy to know that the owners are liars and the app platform will not help you.
