Mark was very good with responding immediately, shows and expresses a lot of concern. Midway he checked in with us.

All went well. I rented this trailer when visiting my daughter and grandson in Lake Havasu in early August. Mark delivered and set up the trailer for me, which was great. The a/c blower was in the main room so the air didn't make into the bedroom during the daytime. Fortunately Mark provided a box fan to move that cool air around, thank you very much. Had he not, then would have been quite steamy in there during the 115 degree daytime weather. Those that are 6'2" or taller, like me - the queen sized bed ended at a wall and was nearly too short for me. I ended up sleeping at an angle. It wasn't really an issue since I was solo this trip. The refigerator didn't seem to get very cold, neither, although the freezer did. I had an ice chest with me and didn't really need them anyway. Relatively minor issues during my trip, so 5 stars. Thank you.

This RV was very comfortable for all 10 of our guests! Very clean and was set up before we arrived. Will definitely rent again!

Our family had a wonderful time. Thanks

Working with Mark is always a pleasure. He is a great host, makes sure you are taken care of, and that everything is just right. We will continue to rent from Mark in the future!
