Hi! Thanks for the interest in one of my RVs. This is a new addition to my fleet please feel free to view my profile for my reviews and to view my other RVs. If you have any questions feel free to reach out any time.This rv is the perfect size for 2-4 people but can accommodate 6. Has a queen bed in back and in cab over and the table drops into a bed as well if needed. Has a dinette slide out that makes interior very spacious, but is not required to use. The large awning outside is also a nice addition for both rainy and sunny days. This is also equipped with a back up camera and a nice stereo system. There is a TV with a DVD player. As well as the standard air conditioning systems, furnaces stove and oven combo microwave generator, freshwater tank, hot water tank and gray and black tanks as well. It also comes equipped with an outdoor shower. This RV is also quite easy to use as it is not very long. After driving it for a little while you’ll start to feel like it’s a normal pick up truck. (Section #1)
No smoking (if you smoke outside make sure all windows are closed and that you’re not transferring the smell from your clothing to the camper)
No vaping (if you vape outside make sure all windows are closed and that you’re not transferring the smell from your clothing to the camper)
No pets or pet hair inside (whether its transferred from clothing or direct from animal)
Violation of the above requirements in section #1 will result in an automatic loss of the entire $1000 deposit plus the cost of professional cleaning from a detail shop of owners choice.
(Section #2)
No cleaning fish in camper
No fish smell in fridge/freezer
No damage to tires from road hazards.
Do make sure to close all windows if there are camp fires around.
Do return camper undamaged.
Do return camper in reasonably clean condition
Do return camper with grey and black tanks empty unless you would like to pay $50 to have it done for you
Do wash the exterior of the camper to remove bugs and road grime unless you would like to pay $100 to have it done for you
Do wash all the dishes that are used
Do fill gas and propane unless you want to pay $25 (plus the cost of fuel and propane) to have it done for you
Do put all used bedding and towels in the shower area
Violation of items in section #2 will result in partial or total loss of security deposit and any additional costs to restore camper to the condition it was in when it was picked up.

Hello, It’s nice to meet you. I am a life time Alaskan I was born here in 1982 and have traveled a lot but lived here my whole life. (and plan to keep it that way) I am in love with Alaskan summers, and in my personal, and biased opinion think that it is the prettiest place on earth. I am self employed and Renting RVs has become my main focus from May through September. I now have 7 Units that I rent out and I take my communication very seriously. I'm always easy to get ahold of. When I'm not busy with renting motorhomes out, I buy fix and sell cars and trucks. My hobbies include everything that is the Alaskan outdoors.
