Roadtrek Simplicity SRT has all the amenetis of a larger RV but in a small package, under 20' long and 9'5" tall. The Van comes equipped with a full wet bathroom- toilet, sink and shower. Full kitchen- Sink, 2 burner stove, Microwave and a Refrigerator. Air Conditions, furnace, hot water heater and 37 Gallon fresh water tank , 29 Gallon gray water and 10 gallon back water tanks, Sofa that connects to a large bed and outside awning. go anywhere in this compact RV!The Van has the following items included in it:
-Bedding (comforter, sheets, 2 pillows and an extra blanket)
-2 bath towels, 2 hand towels
-Kitchen knife, spatula, tongs, wine opener, can opener, cutting board
-Small pot and pan, paper plates, plastic cups and plastic forks/knives/spoons
-Cleaning supplies, paper towels, toilet paper and toilet chemicalsThis RV is a non-smoking or vaping and no pets. Thank YOU!Off season rate ( October-April) $190/per night and 3 night minimum booking.
Peak season rate ( May- Sept) $225/per night and 5 night minimum booking.
Pickup is at 3PM and Drop off is at 12PM- Monday- Friday. Please contact me if you need special arrangement. Weekend pick/Drop off is available on some weekends.
