Résumé de l'évaluation
Exceptional service and communication
Mathew is praised for quick responses, delivering, setting up, and picking up the RV, and thoroughly explaining its features, making the rental process easy and hassle-free.
Tows easily and is well-equipped
The 2024 Wildwood is consistently described as very clean, in excellent condition, roomy, and well-appointed with amenities. It towed easily for one renter, though a stove glass cover issue was noted.

5.0The RV was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay in the RV. It was roomy enough for us. The main bed was nice because it had the option to raise the head of the bed. Although we didn’t need the heat from the fireplace, my daughter loved the lights from it. Overall we enjoyed our trip and would definitely rent again.

5.0Camper was very clean and in excellent condition. It was well appointed with everything we needed for our trip. He was very helpful in walking us through the camper thoroughly to ensure we knew how everything worked. All in all an excellent host with excellent equipment.

4.0It was a good camper. It worked well. As people who have never owned a camper and 1st time to rent one, my dad didn't know there was glass over the stove that needed removed before cooking. I do wish that was explained. He ended up cooking first and I finished the cooking for him. When I turned off the stove, the glass to exploded in my face. Luckily I was wearing glasses. AND luckily it was ME and not my dad who has significant heart problems. That was an additional $175 to repair on top of $600 for just 2 nights and a $500 deposit I have not gotten back yet, a week later after checking out. So the pricing is about as much as a hotel would cost, but Matthew also made it SUPER simple. He brought the RV to the campsite. Hooked everything up for us. And took it all down when it was time to go. He was on time to get it there and pick it up. He was also pretty friendly. We appreciate the camper and had a fun time.

Foire aux questions
Q.
What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
R.
I try to be as flexible as I can for our renters. I've had people pick up their unit first thing in the morning or later in the evening. All I ask for is good communication and I'll do me best to help in any way I can.
