During check-in, he took the time to walk me through the camper and explain everything in detail. Check-out was a breeze, as he handled everything smoothly. His communication was clear and timely throughout the process. The camper itself is spacious, comfortable, clean and well-equipped. I added on the kitchen and bedding, which provided everything I needed for my trip. Overall, a fantastic experience—I highly recommend renting from Matthew!

5.0I have rented from Outdoorsy several times and always experience great customer service, however Matthew's customer service was above and beyond! Quick & thorough communication, consistently reaching out ahead of time to ensure a stress free trip, and made sure we knew he was available throughout our stay if any issues arose. The resort we stayed at even mentioned how highly they think of Matthew. The RV met our needs perfectly. The air conditioning (in 90+ weather) was excellent with keeping the temp in the low 70s!! The RV was super clean and we had all the amenities we needed. Very comfy bed, roomy kitchen area and lots of storage caninets. I will absolutely rent from Matthew again in the future!

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

I try to be as flexible as I can for our renters. I've had people pick up their unit first thing in the morning or later in the evening. All I ask for is good communication and I'll do me best to help in any way I can.
