Linens are available as an add-on. If chosen, they must be free of stains and damage upon return; fees may apply for any damage ($30-$150 each).-**Propane**
A propane tank refill is available for $35, deducted after each rental unless opted out.**Pet Policy**
Pets are welcome with prior approval for a fee of $50 per pet (maximum of 2). Please ensure the trailer is returned clean; a $150 cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit if the trailer comes back dirty from your pet.**No Smoking**

5.0After finding out at 8pm the night prior to leaving I found this trailer. I booked and paid for it at 9pm and emailed Oscar with questions. Within 10 minutes he contacted us and confirmed he would deliver our trailer and set it up ready to start enjoying when we arrived. The trailer was perfect, clean and stocked with basic items needed! Exceptional host and everything went perfect with drop off and pick up!! Thank you for saving our vacation!!!
