If you love road-tripping as much as we do (especially the spontaneous ones) this option of what we like to call “hotel on wheels” is the Best thing that has ever happen to us. We would love to share our trailer with you for either a quick weekend trip, romantic getaway, family vacation or just a place to sleep for holidays/event where someone’s house may be too crowded!Our beloved trailer is a brand new 21 foot lightweight 3500 pound trailer that can be towed by any vehicle with any V6 engine or higher (check your vehicle manufacturer for towing capacity). It has electric brakes so a 7 pin connector is required by the vehicle doing the towing. It has two rear single bunk beds, a queen size bed, and the dinette can fold down to be made into another bed, so it can sleep 5/6 people (you can fit two small children in one bunk.)**If you are renting between December 1 and March 15, the following Winter policies apply: 1) Depending on length of rental, when heat may be needed-we can discuss charge for fuel. Propane tanks are used to heat trailer. 2) The trailer has been winterized, so you cannot use the water, bathroom, sinks, etc. if you rent less than one week, otherwise there is an additional charge to re-winterize the trailer. If you are looking to rent more than a week in the Winter, we will re-winterize as part of the longer rental.Basic cleaning supplies will be provided for your convenience. We ask that you bring the RV back clean, trash free and with all tanks emptied.** If not clean when returned a fee will be charged. If returned with trash or tanks un-emptied there will be a $65 fee for each.Delivery is an option to residence or campsite for additional fee. There is an electric awning with a multicolor LED light strip, TV, a Bluetooth capable CD/DVD radio connected to indoor and outdoor speakers, microwave, double sinks, stovetop with 3 burners and it has a full size refrigerator with a separate freezer. The trailer has all the basic necessities you need-plates, cups, mugs, utensils, pots and pans, dish towels, fresh sheets, coffee maker and toaster, camping chairs and folding table for outside the trailer, Coleman cook stove with mini propane. Hi, we are so excited to share our trailer with you. We have been together for over 20 years and enjoy traveling together. We love to just “ride out” to a new destination. With that said after a while we decided a travel trailer was the best thing to have for our adventures. It has become our hotel on wheels! We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
