Résumé de l'évaluation
Accommodating, helpful, and communicative
Joshua is praised for accommodating needs, flexibility, clear explanations, quick responses, and helpfulness, especially for first-timers, even resolving specific complaints when raised.
Easy to pull, family comfortable
Described as a nice, tidy, fully equipped trailer, comfortable for a family of four, and easy to pull. However, one recent review noted significant unaddressed maintenance issues and inaccurate listing.

3.0This is a tricky review to write. I did mention my complaints to the host, and he has mostly resolved them, but I am still left with a bad taste in my mouth. It is very clear that this trailer is not being maintained. While it is a nice trailer, there are a number of very fixable issues that are simply not being addressed. These concerns were only mentioned after I had booked the trailer: the listing does not accurately reflect the maintenance concerns.
