Great communicator, punctual service
Mike explained everything clearly, communicated well, and was punctual for RV drop-off and pick-up, leading to high guest satisfaction and willingness to deal with him again.
Drives easily, enjoyable experience
Guests found the older Ford Tioga easy and enjoyable to drive. While one guest noted fantastic condition for its age, another suggested it could benefit from deeper cleaning and minor repairs (storage locks, light bulbs).

4.0Overall, it was a good choice to rent an RV which allowed us to travel and stay wherever we wanted. Better than a rental car and hotels. Mike, our host, was great. Explained everything clearly and was a good communicator and timed up well with dropping off the RV and picking it up. The RV itself left a little to be desired. It's an older model and a little bit of care, cleaning and repair would go a long way -- a deep/steam clean, vacuum out all the nooks and crannies, fix little things such as storage locks and light bulbs, but overall it worked for our purposes.

Are delivery and / or pickup available?

When arranged in advance the motorhome can be delivered to you or picked up at the end of the trip. This can be at the airport, your home or your campsite if you prefer. There will be a charge of $2.75 per Km with a minimum charge of $100 each way.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
R.
Pickup is at 11am on the day of the first night's rental and the RV must be returned by 3pm following the last night's rental. Where possible, these times may be varied slightly if prior arrangements have been made. The RV may, on occasion, be picked up early upon payment of an early pickup fee of $125. When no arrangement has been made for a delayed return there will be a late fee of $60 charged for each hour after the agreed upon drop off time (maximum $600 per 24 hour period).
