This beautiful 37 foot Dutchmen Astoria is sure to fit all you and your families adventure needs. Featuring a large kitchen with island complete with large fridge, pantry, microwave and coffee maker. Living room features a pull out double sofa and a reclining couch, electric fire place, and tv with DVD. This unit includes 2 bedrooms one with bunks and a master bedroom. There is a spacious bathroom with a stand up shower. The inside and outside of this unit offers plenty of storage for all your adventure gear. This unit will sleep up to 6 people. Apple Beach RV Park, Desert Lake RV Resort, Gallagher Lake, Inakaneep Provincial Park, Wrights Beach Camp(Penticton), Barefoot Beach Resort(Penticton). Flexible and highly supportive hosts

Karry and Tyson accommodated date changes, provided a systems walkthrough, offered local recommendations, and responded quickly to questions, also providing great delivery/pickup service.

Well-equipped, clean, mixed sleeping comfort

The RV was immaculate, fully stocked with extensive kitchen supplies (Keurig, toaster, pots), and had an excellent living space. However, the main bed mattress was firm, and bunk beds were more suitable for children than adults.

Karry and Tyson were such amazing hosts. First off I had tried to get into my camp spot a day prior to my reservation and they were happy to accommodate a shift in my dates. Unfortunately the campground was far less helpful and it didn’t work out, but I very much appreciated Karry and Tyson’s willingness to shift dates. They had their RV in my camp spot at the time we had agreed upon and gave me a quick run through all the systems and were put the door quickly. They offered recommendations to several places and told me to reach out if I needed anything, including my more recommendations. Their RV was immaculate and matched the pics exactly. It was stocked with all the cooking/kitchen supplies you could ask for including Keurig, coffee machine, toaster, plenty of pots/pans and all else. Everything worked in the entire RV and nothing was broken or overused. The only thing I didn’t enjoy was the bed mattress was harder than I like so my first night of sleep wasn’t amazing. Thankfully one of my friends had an extra mattress topper and fixed me right up. With that, I was literally in camping heaven. I added some pics, though they were taken just before I locked up to leave so the chairs are stowed and the bed is not made up but they are recent and depict the state of the RV as of Sept 2023. I would absolutely return to Osoyoos, the Nk’Mip campground and especially Karry and Tyson’s RV. They are honest, real and helpful. Thank you both again for all you did for my trip!

Had a wonderful trip up to Rock Creek with 4 other adults. We found the trailer to be very thoroughly supplied with all the necessities. The living space was excellent with lots of room for all adults. Sleeping arrangements were slightly more cramped than we were expecting. The two beds in the bunk room were designed for children and not adults. Fortunately one member of our party was fairly short and was able to accommodate us during our time there.

We had the best family experience. The trailer was extremely accommodating. Beach days and movie nights. The hosts were super helpful and only lived 10 mins away. Always quick to respond to questions. We will for sure book this trailer again next year. Thanks so much for sharing your trailer with our family. Worth every penny. ❤️
