3.0Excellent communication. Normally responded in minutes. Helped me work through some questions quickly. Camper is in immaculate condition. I only have one negative comment. There was a horrible sewage smell in the camper. When dumping the black tank for the final time, I noticed there was not a cap on the cassette. Just a little oversight, that really had a bad result. Thank goodness it was cool enough to sleep with the windows open and the fan running. Quite unusual for Florida in mid-May. Other than that, it would be 5 stars.

5.0Took the T@B to Fort Wilderness for the weekend, couldn’t have asked for a better rig. Everything worked great, it was spotless at pickup, and Sonya made the whole process simple. Great introduction to teardrop camping. Five stars, would rent again.
