Brian was super helpful. There's a learning curve if you don't have much experience with Airstream travel trailers and it's difficult for a novice to understand it all but Brian did a very good job explaining lots in a limited window of time during the hand-off. The Airstream Flying Cloud was very comfortable and in great shape. We had a little Bluetti battery power generator that was helpful to get the most function from the AirStream when "boondocking" or camping without campsite power service. I communicated with Brian in advance about it and he helped me select the right generator to buy. He also lent us a critical 50-30amp adapter to make it all work. I highly recommend renting the Higgs' AirStream Flying Cloud.

Absolutely amazing stay with this clean, fully prepped, stocked, and furnished trailer. Communication was great, host took care of everything, and even setup nice camp chairs for us. Definitely will use again.

Sarena was a wonderful host! She communicated very clearly before, during, and at the end of the trip. The trailer was exactly as listed. Delivery and setup was on time and great. Was super comfortable for our family and made for a very enjoyable camping trip. I highly recommend and we will rent it again next time hopefully!
