Please read entire description.. This motor home is ready to roll. It is very easy to drive. Very clean. The best camping is with full hook ups like power, water and sewer. Dry camping can also be accomplished but not as convenient. Insta Hot water system, no worries about running out of hot water (unless dry camping). There is a private queen bed, loft bed, small pull out sofa, table makes into small bed. Well stocked with Coffee, Hot Chocolate,. Spices, Cooking Oil, Salt, Pepper, every pot and pan you will need. Complete with plates, bowls, serving bowls, utentils, mugs, glasses. All bath towels, wash cloth, toilet paper, kitchen towels, paper towels and all cleaning supplies. With two slides, you have large living area and bedroom. I do not charge a cleaning fee but require the motorhome to be returned in the condition it was in when you took it out. If not returned as clean as it was when you took it out, a $50 cleaning fee will be charged. Please put soiled towels in shower.
Pick up time is 9:00 am. Return time is 4:00 pm. There is a late fee of $30.00 administrative fee plus $7.95 per hour for each hour after 3:00 pm.
I do have an area to accommodate 1 vehicle if you need to leave your vehicle, I can assume no responsibility.
No concerts, no festivals. No Burning Man, No tailgating allowed.
No off road driving, no logging roads, no forest service roads, no driving in the sand.

Responsive and accommodating host

Terri responded to messages right away, provided a full instruction binder, and gave thorough walkthroughs. She was accommodating, even saving a last-minute canceled trip for a guest and encouraging use of onboard supplies.

Spotless and fully equipped RV

Guests consistently found the RV to be very comfortable, spotless, in great condition, and fully stocked with everything they could possibly need, with everything working well.

Terri’s RV was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. She was very communicative, including a full binder of instructions for anything that may come up. She responded to messages right away. The RV was super comfy and everything worked well. We’d rent from Terri again for our next trip’!
