4.0Ben is a great owner and renter. He communicates well and answers questions quickly. He will do what he can to make your trip good as smoothly as he can and takes time to explain everything. The reason I'm not giving this a five star rating is be cause the lack of a toilet. The listing says there's a toilet - but Ben had the original toilet removed and now has plastic box & bag setup as a toilet - very disappointing. The 2014 F150 that the camper is attached to is a real beast, but is a bit dated (no Apple Car Play and such). The truck handles the camper with ease and can do hills and gravel roads without missing a beat.
