Horrible RV owner. Brian is a con-artist. He tried to make us pay for his filthy, disgusting camper (dead mouse and cockroaches) and took us all the way to fairclaims “court,” which we won by the way. He stole $900 from our deposit which outdoorsy will not get back to us. I would not rent from Brian nor Outdoorsy. Outdoorsy will not help you if there is an issue. Outdoorsy is quick to take your money but will not make things right if it doesn’t benefit them. Plenty of other RV companies to rent from.
