Speed Limit: Keep vehicle under 75 MPH. It can go faster, but it’s not designed for high speeds.
Verified Drivers Only: Only drivers approved by Outdoorsy are allowed to drive. Others are not covered by insurance and will make the renter 100% liable for any damage.
GPS Monitoring: The van is GPS monitored. Do not tamper with the system.
No Smoking: Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside the vehicle.
This RV is NOT permitted at Burning Man or any similar desert or regional festival. Use of the RV for such events without written approval will result in full forfeiture of the deposit, immediate insurance disqualification, and additional cleaning/damage charges.
Pets: Sorry, although we love pets, they are not allowed in the unit.
Trip Boundaries: Travel must remain in the general area discussed during booking. Major unapproved deviations may result in early termination, loss of deposit, or further action.
Toilet & Water: Cassette toilet must be emptied before return (vault toilets, dump stations, or standard toilets are fine). Showers can fill the gray tank quickly—monitor and empty as needed.
Power & Propane: Microwave, A/C, and electric coffee pot require shore power. Propane starts full; refill only if empty (U-Haul, Ace, etc.).
Add-ons (by request): Free on request: pillows (4 max), microwave, coffee pots (electric or percolator), Luno cab bed.

Normally pickup and drop off are better after 5 PM but depending on the day we can be fairly flexible, so just let us know what you are thinking and we will do our best to make it work.
