Jessyca was on-time for delivery, setting up AC, chairs, and solar lighting perfectly. However, one guest noted a delayed return due to a locked gate and an incomplete pick-up walkthrough leading to a stove cover dispute.

Guests consistently praised the trailer for being clean, well-stocked with everything needed, and having a comfortable bed. It easily fits families, kids, and pets, but one guest reported a non-functional stove cover.

4.0The trailer was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The trailer was stocked with everything we could need. The host was very easy to work with are only complaint was that upon our return, the gate to the property was locked and we had no way, other than messaging on the Outdoorsy app, to get ahold of the host. We waited on the side of the road for over half an hour before she came to unlock the gate and let us in. There was not a complete walkthrough of the trailer at the time of pick-up. The host claimed that we broke the stove cover. The stove cover did not properly function when we tried to use the stove, so we ended up not using it like we had planned. Overall, the trailer was a good fit for our needs. It had everything anyone could need for a nice get away.

5.0We’ve rented many RV’s before but this was our first experience with delivery. Jessyca did an excellent job having everything setup perfectly before our arrival. Even had AC going, chairs out and solar lighting setup around the outside of the trailer. This is also one of the best stocked trailers we’ve ever rented. Would definitely rent again.
