Quick, helpful communication style

Sylvia and David are noted for quick, clear communication, being friendly, helpful, and accommodating, making the rental process and walkthroughs easy for guests.

Well-equipped family travel trailer

The trailer is consistently described as very clean, well-maintained, and fully stocked. Guests appreciate the comfortable queen mattress, good bunk bed size, and outdoor cooking station. Minor issues included a dirty fridge and outside kitchen getting wet in heavy rain.

Everything was great with only a couple exceptions. The outside kitchen fridge was a tad dirty. The trailer had been parked close to a tree due to the site location but this did not allow for the awning to be extended. Before we had got there there had been a torrential downpour which filled the opened up outside kitchen/flat top cook top and all the chairs with water. Other than that my parents enjoyed their stay in the trailer.

We are a family of 4 that have been camping since our kids were little creating memories. We love to get away on the weekends and have much feedback about camping in the South Okanagan and Washington State Areas.
