I would not recommend renting from this company. The trailer I received was poorly maintained and became unsafe within just a few miles of driving. After filling the fresh water tank, it broke loose and dragged on the roadway due to an improper installation. When I contacted the company, I was told I could either return the trailer and try to find another one or continue my trip without a functioning fresh water system. They also insisted that I file a claim with my insurance to cover the damage, even though their own rental agreement states they are responsible for maintaining the equipment to proper standards. The company admitted the tank had been replaced by them. Once filled, the weight caused the mounting to fail do to improper installation. This was a clear lack of proper maintenance, and it left me with a damaged trailer and no support.

Everyone was professional, proficient, and went out of their way to help us. Very satisfied and would use Lewis RV Center again!

It was a great experience with our family we enjoyed the camper.

The camper was very clean and looked like new. Brittany was very helpful and walked me through everything and explained it all very clearly. I had never used an RV before, but she answered every question i had. I will go back for my next rental.
