AC, hot water, and fridge are functional. However, the trailer comes unstocked and shows significant wear: cracked microwave frame, separated wall panels, torn awning, non-working oven, and water damage in the bathroom vanity.

3.0Justin was great to work with. He was flexible with pick up and drop off which really helped relieve stress from the trip. He gave great instructions and even quickly communicated when we had questions about the function of the trailer. The air conditioning and water heater work great. In the past when we have rented the trailer came stocked with cooking utinsels, pots, maybe smore sticks but just know this trailer comes with nothing.... not even toilet paper! The trailer could also really use some love. It is dirty and in need of some maintenance. The frame for the microwave is cracked making the microwave unstable, the wall panels separate to expose insulation, the awning is torn, the light for outside is missing, the oven doesn't work, the separator curtains fall out of the ceiling frequently, there are exposed staples in the walls, and extensive water damage to the bathroom vanity. The trailer served it purpose and I'm grateful for that just wish I had gone into it more with eyes wide open.

I have an early pick up and a late drop off option if you need it. Once that is taken care of, I am very flexible.
