Our first Sprinter van adventure was one we’ll never forget, and Ken played a huge part in making it such a great experience. We rented the van for a road trip up the Central Coast through Big Sur and Monterey to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday, and everything exceeded our expectations. As first-time renters, we had plenty of questions, but Ken was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and thorough during the walkthrough. He made sure we felt confident and comfortable before heading out, and his communication was excellent from start to finish. We also brought our dog, Jax, and the van was perfect for traveling with him. Having him along made the trip even more special, and the Sprinter had plenty of space for all of us to relax after long days exploring the coast. The van was spotless, well maintained, thoughtfully stocked, and drove beautifully. It truly made us appreciate the camper van lifestyle. We’re already planning our next adventure and will definitely be renting from Ken again, this time for a beach camping trip closer to home. If you’re considering renting from him, don’t hesitate. This van was perfect for my hubby and I, no complaints! Chris was very responsive. The van was clean, had plenty of space and the shower and bed are a great size, my husband is 5’8 and was able to sleep comfortably. We will definitely be renting again.
