5.0We had a fantastic experience renting from Tom and Adventure UP! Communication was excellent from start to finish, and he went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and confident before heading out. He set everything up for us, he took the time to answer all of our questions, provided extra camping supplies, and even had the refrigerator pre-chilled for us. It's clear he genuinely cares about his renters having a great experience. We enjoyed the trip so much that we've already booked with him again for next year. Highly recommended!
