You will love your time off. Built on a 2016 Mercedes Benz 6 cylinder turbo diesel. Features a 24” Hdmi smart tv, dvd player.
Large slide out that includes the booth, pantry and closet, sleeps 6 adults.
Bring your table games to enjoy your time playing in the booth style dinette while casting your own shows via smart cast. Top bunk can sleep up to three small built adults or2 regular size adults.
Full size bed in master with curtain for privacy, 2 door fridge, 3 burner range, combination convection oven/microwave and oven, plenty of storage bins. When we use it we have a great time and never had any issues with it.
This RV is a one to remember. Will include 2 picnic chairs, outdoor mat, all the needed hoses and electric cord.
Plenty of outside storage all the way around the RV for your gear.
2” hitch receiver so you can bring a bike rack or kayak rack or what ever you can put on there for your complete enjoyment.

I am available for a walk around from 3:45PM Monday to Friday all day Saturday and Sundays after 12:30PM If needed earlier you will make your reservation for what ever days you need it and I’ll let you have it the night before. Strictly prohibited to go on the roof because it creates leaks and risks of someone falling off.
Fuel tank needs to be returned full just like it’s received or a $10 per gallon charge will be applied.
Propane tank is built in and you can use it and return it full or to the level that it left.
Small pets ok.
No smoking, vaping or drugs of any kind.
Make sure the grey and black water tanks are empty upon return to avoid a $75 dumping fee.
Return as clean as possible to avoid a $75 cleaning fee. Am easy going and can be flexible but the cleaning fee and and dumping fee are not.
The awning is to be stowed. away in windy or stormy conditions, it should always be monitored. Children NOT allowed to climb or hang from awning trusses. Do not leave awning unattended.
Renter is responsible for any tolls or they will be deducted from the deposit as I get a notification from the FDOT Sunpass when the toll is used.
