The Rules and Regulations are as follows:a. There shall be no smoking inside of the Motorhome. Evidence of smoking will result in a $350.00 charge.b. Pets are not allowed in the Motorhome unless the Owner provides express written consent of such. Evidence of unauthorized pets will result in a $350.00 charge.c. The awnings are very susceptible to wind and rain damage. It must be rolled up in windy conditions, at night, and anytime the Motorhome is left unattended.d. At no time should anyone ever climb up onto the roof of the Motorhome. This area is completely off limits.e. Occupants, and all persons in the Motorhome, shall obey all of the laws of the state of Florida or of the Motorhome Site, as well as related neighborhood association rules and covenants while in the Motorhome or Motorhome Site.f. Dave is amazing!!! He called me about a week or so prior to the trip to introduce himself. He is very nice and answered all my questions. The day of the trip he kept me informed of where he was as he was delivering the unit to us. He set everything up and had no issues with it. It is a beautiful Motorhome!!! The pictures are exactly how it looks!!! I would DEFINITELY rent this again from him!!!!
