1984 Manual (stick) Shift Westfalia Pop-Top. It’s the perfect vehicle for a small group of 4 to comfortably enjoy on the road. 2 Sleeping berths (sleeps a total of 4 adults). Seat belts for 4 passengers, 2 burner propane stove, sink, potable water tank, refrigerator/freezer, water hook up, electric hook up.This rental includes 125 miles per Paid Night with additional miles charged at $0.35 per mile. While this van is perfectly capable of traveling 300+ miles per day, it is best to keep your daily mileage under 200 miles, especially in hot weather. If you do need to travel extensive periods in a day, please take a few rests for you and the van.Rebuilt engine installed in 2017.No Burning Man!! Please, no trips to Death Valley in the summer months.Please do NOT take this vehicle off road. It is not a 4 wheel drive! Please explore our beautiful state without going off road.This van is awesome to drive with it's engine in back and large front windshield. Please keep in mind that this is a unique vehicle that requires more attention than a modern vehicle. You will need to keep an eye on the gauges and keep in mind that when going over mountain passes or steep grades it Will slow down from 65 mph to maybe 50-55 mph. This is normal. Please do not push it too hard.Kitchen gear that is included with this rental:

Super fun trip! Expectations were exceeded. Good communication, efficient check in/out process and no problems with the fan. Able to take it to Lassen NP and had the best time with my husband. I’m sure plenty of room for 2 people. Would highly recommend. I would recommend only going about 1-2h from where you pick the van up since it is slower and takes longer to get to places.
