It has everything you need to be comfortable--2 queen beds and 1 double (dining room table converts), all with memory foam toppers, 1 interior flat screen TV and 1 exterior. 15 gallon hot water shower, double sink, triple burner, oven and full-sized fridge/freezer. Dine in in the booth-style dinette or outside under the awning. Pull-out prepping table available. Easy to drive and easy to park. Absolutely perfect for families!FYI We don't rent to folks going to Burning Man. Pets are taken into consideration on a case by case basis. No puppies. Olivia was great! Very easy to work with and very responsive when I had questions. The RV was amazing! This was our first RV experience and we loved it! We will definitely rent from Olivia again if we need an RV.

This was my first rental with Outdoorsy and it was better than expected, everything went as planned along with regular updates with friendly reminders. Our host was just also a pleasure to rent from as well with a thorough walk through of the RV. We will likely be renting from her again.

Our 9-year old son wants to make sure we tell everyone that the RV is "amazing! The mattresses are awesome -- they are really comfortable. It was really, really cool to stay in the RV. It was the first time I used a foot-pedal toilet, and it was cool." My husband and I concur w/ our son's review, and have no hesitations recommending this RV to other families. We were dry camping trip, and it was perfect for our family. It was just the right size, with lots of storage areas, especially with the addition of the slide-out room for the master bedroom, revealing a hanging closet and drawer for clothes. The only downside is that we loved hanging out at the RV so much, both inside and outside under the awning, that it prevented us from fully exploring our campsite! Oliva is a gracious and responsive host, and you will have all your questions answered promptly and thoroughly.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

I will work with my renters' schedule... early pick ups available after 10 am. It is possible, depending on the day, and earlier pick up is allowed.
Late drop offs available but not after 7 pm.
