This classic Ford Econoline campervan is ideal for longer road trips and for anyone wanting to experience the freedom of van life. It is very comfortable and spacious, featuring 6 feet of interior standing height.The van is designed and built primarily for off-grid camping – it has auxiliary battery system that is charging from two solar panels. It also has DC-DC alternator charger top up the battery while driving.It is easy to drive and handles smoothly even in big cities. Fits in standard parking spots - including ferry sailings to Vancouver Island with no extra length surcharges.We went heavy on insulation and installed a Webasto diesel heater, making it cozy throughout the shoulder season. We have comfortably camped in it from April through late November.Key Features and Amenities:• Solar & Alternator Charging: Two rooftop solar panels plus a DC-DC alternator charger top up the battery while driving so you never run out of power.
• 12V Power & Inverter: Includes a 600W inverter and USB charging ports for phones, laptops, cameras, drones, and other small electronics.
• Ceiling fan: Maxxair ceiling fan keeps the interior cool during hot summer days.
• Lighting: Features dimmable puck lights, LED strip lighting, reading lamp, and exterior light strip
• Swivel Seat: Passenger swivel seat creates a lounge area – ideal for work or on rainy days.
• Window covers: DIY window covers completely darken the cabin for privacy and sound sleep.
• 12V Fridge: Stores enough groceries for two people for about a week.
• Sink & Water Pump: Provides running water inside.
