1. Do not attempt to relocate the RV.
2. Maximum occupancy: 6 guests.
3. Use RV appliances responsibly.
4. Water & toilet use: Be mindful of water consumption. Only flush toilet-safe products — no wipes, feminine hygiene products, or other non-biodegradable items.
5. Report issues immediately — any damage or malfunction should be reported as soon as discovered.
6. No smoking of any kind inside or near the RV.
7. No pets of any kind are permitted within the RV, unless give prior authorization.
8. Awning care: Retract the awning during windy or rainy conditions. Damage from misuse will result in a repair charge.
9. Personal items: Remove all belongings upon checkout. We are not responsible for items left behind.
