Provides thorough guidance & support
Kuniko is responsive, communicative, and patient. She offers helpful pre-trip videos and detailed in-person explanations, making it easy for first-time renters and accommodating delays.
Great to drive, well-equipped
The RV is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with essentials, suitable for families. It's easy for first-timers to drive. Note: generator struggled boondocking in 104F, but AC/fridge worked when plugged in.

4.0Our little get away was so comfortable even in unbearably high heat. The generated didn't quite cut it when we tried to boondocks. But it was 104 most days once the rv was plugged everything including the very large fridge and freeze stayed nice and cool. The host was extremely helpful and patient. We had a few hiccups meeting up on time due to our flight but Kuniko was so nice.

5.0Had a great experience using this RV. It was very clean and good working condition. Owners were responsive in their communication and provided two videos prior to our trip outlining how the RV works. This was very helpful since this was our first time renting an RV and had no clue!
