We had a very good first-time RV experience in Cape Charles Virginia. Bayron was very patient, kind welcome and friendly. The RV was incredibly easy to drive and use. It was obviously very well maintained. He took the time to help us pair our Android phone and that made all the difference in terms of our driving experience, as The Thor is fully integrated with navigation, phone, and music. Setting up camp, including the automatic awning, was a breeze.

Everything was great, communitcation was outstanding and always helpful.

My wife and I celebrated our 41st wedding anniversary with our very first RV adventure to Niagara Falls, and it was an unforgettable experience. We truly enjoyed the freedom of traveling by RV and the opportunity to make lasting memories together on the road. As first-time RV renters, we appreciated how smooth and stress-free the process was. Our host, Bayron, was outstanding from start to finish — friendly, responsive, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire experience. The RV was well-maintained, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for a special anniversary trip. We would absolutely do it again.
