Insurance is mandatory.Lawn chairs, portable BBQ, Kayaks, sleeping bags and pillows available upon request at an additional charge 24 hours prior to departure date.Policies & Penalties

NO Smoking: Failure to comply with this policy will result in a $200 penalty plus the cost of professional cleaning services (receipt will be provided);
Late Return: Trailers NOT returned by the agreed upon time will be subject to a minimum $100 penalty plus additional fees depending on time
Cleaning (Dirty Trailer): Trailer must be returned in the condition it was picked up in. Failure to comply with this policy will result in a $150 penalty ($100 cleaning fee + $50 administrative fee).
PET Cleaning: If trailer is returned with pet odors, the cost of professional cleaning service (receipt will be provided) plus the standard cleaning penalty (above) will apply.
Sewage/Waste: Trailer must be returned with the Black & Gray waste water tanks empty. Failure to comply with this policy will result in a $100 penalty.
