•Depending on location, bring exterior trash receptable and food indoors at bedtime as to not attract unwanted guests such as local racoons, squirrels, birds, bear, or sasquatch that will have your trash spread all over the floor come morning time.
•Recommended to bring sunscreen, hat, chapstick, bug spray and proper clothing to ensure a safe and comfortable stay
•Camel back for those long hikes, portable cooler for those daytime destinations
• Fishing gear

-If anything breaks or is damaged, please let us know ASAP so we can get working on a solution for a fix or replacement to keep this trailer in working order
-Absolutely no climbing on top of trailer
-Do not lean or attach anything to trailer (ie: tables, tarps, bbq, bikes, flags, etc.) Any damages that occur because of these actions is the responsibility of the renter.
-Clean up after yourself

5Truly no words can describe this experience. The absolute BEST owners- they walked us through everything the week before on the phone, they showed up early, set everything up, and made our trip the BEST. We will rent from them every single time. Not enough words to describe how awesome these owners are!!

5David and Vivian were amazing host! The trailer was clean, stocked, and ready for our trip in Morro Bay. It was our first time renting and because of them def won’t be the last! Thank you guys for our amazing vacation experience.

5David made the experience very easy for us. Everything was set up when we arrived, he completed a walk through with us and answered our questions. The 5th wheel was extremely clean and very comfortable/cozy to stay in. There was plenty of room for our kids and grandchildren to sleep and relax in. We will definitely rent from he and Vivian again and highly recommend them for orhets!!
