We have a brand new travel trailer that is lightly used. It is beautiful, spacious, and provides a comfortable place to spend time when enjoying the outdoors. It is built lighter than most other trailers which makes for an easy haul! I've decided to share this wonderful camper with others to make their own memories, and have more opportunity to adventure. This camper has a queen sized murphy bed, and double sized bunks. The kitchen table goes down to make an additional bed and could fit up to 8 people, if needed. There is ample storage for your belongings both inside and out of the trailer, and a microwave only (convection supplies not included). The kitchen has a small 2 seat bar which is great for extra seating/eating space. There is a TV (with satelitte channels or DVD player included. Bring your own DVDs). The A/C works great and the heater. Everything runs off of electric or propane. There are regular outlets and USB plug-ins but they only work when connected to 30 Amp outlet or generator. This is our first year renting and we are open to ideas to continously better your experience, please feel free to share your thoughts with us on what we can do for you and your guests!Ce qui est inclus• RV Toilet Paper (we don't want anything else down the toilet, or sinks. • Please return both propane tanks full. If they are not returned full, the cost to refill each of them will be deducted from the deposit.
• Please empty and rinse the Gray and Black water tanks (always empty black first, then gray). Please rinse out the sewer hose too. If the camper returns and is found needing to be emptied/rinsed, a $100 fee will be deducted from the deposit.
• Absolutely no smoking or partying inside, this is a family friendly camper. If this rule is not respected, the full deposit will be forfeited.
• Please return the camper in as clean and good of condition as you found it to avoid any additional deep cleaning fees (deducted from the deposit and the amount would be based on the level of cleaning needed). Don't worry about washing any of the bedding we provided, we will take care of that part. We would love to keep the memories coming for all renters.
• No use of the outdoor awning. These get damaged too easily and we would like them to remain closed at all times, please. (A $100 fee will be deducted from the deposit if these are found to have been used).
• It is recommended to haul without full water tanks to keep your load lighter. Please be sure to always use the water pressure regulator when adding any water to the RV (it is attached to the Drinking Water hose already for your convenience).
• Brake Assist is NOT included. It is recommened for safety purposes on your vehicle but not required.
• Most importantly, have a wonderful time and thanks for choosing our RV for your adventures! We hope you enjoy it as much as we do. Please reach out if you have any questions while on your trip, we are happy to help!

I love spending time with my family of four plus our two dogs.
