Summer and Nate are excellent communicators, quick to fix minor issues, and provide comprehensive service including on-time delivery/pickup and making special trips for maintenance. They are highly supportive and thoughtful, even providing s'mores kits.

The Roam Haven is consistently described as very clean, spacious, and well-maintained with a great layout. It comes fully stocked with kitchenware, bath towels, and very comfortable beds, with everything working properly.

5.0Summer and her husband were fantastic to deal with. Communication was fast and they had the camper set up at the time we discussed. Camper was really nice and had a great layout. We would and will definitely rent from them again!

5.0Nate and Summer were excellent host making sure my every need was met from drop off to pick up. They made sure to let me know they were available if I needed them. The camper was very spacious and immaculate. I’ve rented several campers over the years and this was by far the nicest. I highly recommend them and I will be renting from them again.

We welcome furry friends but do ask that guests notify us in advance if they plan to bring pets. We request that pets remain supervised and that the RV is kept clean.

Can I view the RV in person before renting?

Yes! We are located in Newport News and encourage potential guests to come by and view the RV in person. Just let us know, and we’ll be happy to arrange a convenient time for you.

What cleaning and maintenance are required upon return?

We ask that guests return the RV in a clean condition, with trash removed and surfaces wiped down. All food must be disposed of.

Our Keystone Springdale Classic 26ft RV comes equipped with a kitchen, sleeping accommodations, bathroom, and dining area. It includes essentials like a refrigerator, microwave, stovetop, and heating/air conditioning for a comfortable stay. Bedding and kitchen basics are also provided.
