All trips MUST be approved prior to departure. Please provide an itinerary prior to completing your booking. NO EXEMPTIONS. Daily mileage limits are strictly enforced, A limit of 200kms/day of travel shall not be exceeded without penalty. See below. The Guest acknowledges that there is a $3000 security deposit (the “Security Deposit”) required at the time of pick-up. This is refundable less any of the following: • Damage (exterior and/or interior of the vehicle; mechanical or engine damage caused by the renter; broken or lost equipment/gear) • Insurance Deductible payable in the event of an occurrence. THIS is above and beyond the security deposit. • Windshield ($750); This includes any "unrepairable" chips or damage while in the possession of the renter. NOTE: Repairs are not covered by ICBC insurance due to age/availability of new glass. • Unreasonable Use (e.g. excessive driving on logging roads, worn brakes etc.) • Excessive Cleaning required including from pet, smoke odours and/or an unacceptable rental return state (interior and exterior) ($250) • Lost or Broken Camping Equipment/Gear (to be charged per item - market value as deemed by Camp Junkie) • Refuelling (Cost of fuel plus $50 inconvenience fee) • Extra Day(s) (Daily rate for your booking + any loss to next rental window) • Extra Mileage charges ($1 per km) • Excessive Daily Mileage Penalty - charged when exceeding daily mileage limits of 200kms/day ($250/day of excess // extra mileage charges still apply) • Scratched van wrap ($550) • Scuffed rims ($200 per tire) • Late drop-off (Full day rental charged for dropping more than 3 hours past arranged time) See Camp Junkie's Terms & Conditions for further details at [URL removed]
