This is a meticulously maintained Heartland Gateway fifth wheel 3900 SE featuring quadruple slides, a grand stairway to the front bedroom and bath, plus a convenient kitchen island that makes the kitchen and living space feel a lot like home. As you enter notice the storage just inside the door on your right. A grand stairway follows on the right and leads up to a side aisle bath and front master suite with washer and dryer prep in the hall for added convenience. The bathroom is spacious and offers double door entry from the main living area and also from the hall. Inside find a shower with seat, a vanity with sink with built in lighting and includes an overhead cabinet, plus toilet. Just outside the bathroom door find a slide out that features a closet area that has been prepped for a washer and dryer so you can add if you wish. This leads into the front bedroom where the nightstands and a new Dynasty Cool Breeze 12 inch gel King sized mattress. The very front features a closet for hanging your clothes and has draws for more storage, and the slide out opposite the bed features drawer space and more storage for your things. There is also a safe so you can secure valuables when not in your camper. Back down at the main living area you will enjoy a spacious room with dual opposing slides also. To the left of the entry door enjoy your meals at the free-standing dinette with three chairs in a slide that also features theater seating for two with cup holders and more storage in the center. There is also overhead cabinets for storage above the seating as well. Along the rear wall find a tri-fold sofa with end tables and overhead cabinets. This can easily be turned into additional sleeping space when needed at night. The slide opposite the door features an entertainment center with LCD TV which can be moved on a swivel for better viewing anywhere in the living space adjacent to the tri-fold sofa. It also includes a pantry, three burner range with oven, full sized refrigerator, second pantry, and overhead storage. A handy kitchen island sits just off center providing ample counter space, plus it is the location of the double kitchen sink, and so much more. This camper also has fully protected slide awnings on all but one slide which is covered by the factory awning. All set up is push button and can be set up in 20 minutes total. A new Onan RV QG 5500LP generator which was professionally installed and runs on the push of a button with hour meter in main area. Generator only has 58 hours on it.
