4On the directions sheet it said “let us know if you are boobdocking”. It would have been nice if there was an added sentence that said “because we will need to charge up your battery”. We ended up buying a battery ($130) because our battery was only 1/3 full and we did not have an electric site. Being in customer service, even though it was my fault for not calling them ahead of time they should have made it right by switching out with a charged battery. Otherwise great experience.

5Camper was in great shape. Rental was easy. They were very helpful in showing us how everything worked. We've rented there before and will continue to do so in the future.
