The team, including Robert, Amy, Chris, Lucas, and Connor, provided excellent communication, professional service, and thorough walkthroughs. One reviewer, however, noted Robert did not respond to a text regarding an AC issue.
AC and cleanliness require attention
Multiple guests reported non-functional or weak air conditioning, leading to uncomfortable heat. Cleanliness was inconsistent, with some finding dog hair and trash. Other issues included a loose shower head, leaky gray tank valve, and missing waste removal equipment.
