2.0The original travel trailer we picked up had a broken refrigerator. Instead of having a technician look at it at pickup, we were told it just takes a while to cool down. The next morning my family and I had to drive back (over 90 miles) to have a technician look at the unit. Then we had to switch to a different travel trailer. This set us back a number of hours. The rest of the trip was great. When we returned the travel trailer I asked that we get billed for the smaller model we used and be compensated $100 for the loss in time and inconvenience of switching campers. I was told "I'll see, I'm just happy we had another camper for you. If we hadn't had another unit you would have been really out of luck." That is a terrible attitude and response for a sales and service company. My request for $100 deduction to cover lunch and ice cream for my family was a fair ask given the inconvenience and gas driving back and forth to swap out a camper with a broken refrigerator. My family enjoyed this trip and traveling with a travel trailer a lot. So much that we will purchase a similar model in the spring. We will not consider Kunes when we are looking to purchase.
