had a deeply disappointing experience with this trailer rental. From the start, the delivery was problematic—the generator was forgotten, leaving us to figure out a solution on our own. Upon inspection, the trailer was in poor condition: the A/C unit was dirty and required cleaning to function properly, the door was jammed and wouldn’t close correctly, and the black tank hadn’t been emptied, creating an unbearable odor that forced me to dump it myself the next morning. To top it off, the CO2 sensor triggered a false alarm due to weak house batteries, waking everyone in the middle of the night. These issues made our trip far more stressful than it should have been. I reached out to the provider to address these problems, hoping for a fair resolution, but the refund offered fell far short of covering the inconvenience and additional work I had to endure. I also believe the delivery fee should have been waived given the oversights. Unfortunately, the lack of accountability and poor maintenance of the trailer left me no choice but to share this experience. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously to improve for future customers. I wouldn’t recommend this rental service based on my experience.
