Welcome to the 2023 Camp Season!
Have your next Adventure with this beautiful 2020 Travel Trailer! It has all the newest smart features, With an easy to use Automated touch screen control panel and Bluetooth app controls! It is a Hotel on Wheels and extremely comfortable. The trailer has 2 slide outs, 2 entrances and 2 separate bedrooms, including a bunkhouse!
The trailer has a separate master suite, for when you need some alone time! In this bedroom you will find a flat screen TV with a Roku, and a King size memory foam bed with reading lights and USB charging docks. It also has plenty of storage with 2 closets and over and under the bed storage. Kid and Teens will love the separate bunk house! It has 2 full size bunks with reading lights and chargers. The bunkhouse also includes a flat screen TV with Roku, a desk, wardrobe and storage area.
For extra sleeping the kitchen table lays down into a bed and the comfy leather couch also reclines down into a bed.
The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you need to cook! It has a pantry, large Fridge and freezer, a gas stove, microwave and full sink. We also love the extra cooking and serving space on the large island!
The oversize bathroom has a full size shower with removable shower head, ceramic toilet and a mirror medicine cabinet.
In the sitting area Cozy by the electric Fireplace. Also Enjoy the DVD player as well as a 42 inch flat screen TV with Full Surround sound and Bluetooth stereo for inside and outside. We love gathering for a fun movie night, especially on cold or rainy days! Feel free to enjoy our DVD and game collection or bring your own!
Outside the trailer enjoy a electric powered Awning and enjoy the outdoor kitchen complete with a mini fridge and grill ! For those sandy and muddy trips We love rinsing off with the outdoor shower! The outside also has a huge storage slide through storage compartment and an automatic leveling system.

We are a family of 5 with 4 dogs, two turtles and a bearded dragon. Our kids homeschool and it gives us the freedom to Travel and go on adventures. We love animals, spending time as a family traveling, hiking, going to the lake and ocean, seeing movies and plays and relaxing at home. Our kids are in Competive Cheerleading and dance and Musical Theater. Tessa is a stay at home Mom and Richard has his own Business in the home theater, TV and Internet industry.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

We are flexible with pick-up and drop offs. let us know your preferred pick up and drop off times and we will work with you if possible.
Q.Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?

This Trailer is very User Friendly. We take about an hour to go over all of the hookups and functions of the Trailer. We also include a full users manual, in case you forget how to work something on the Trailer!
Q.Do you allow Pets and is there a Fee?
R.
We love Dogs allow them on a case by case bases. Dogs must be potty trained. Pet owners are responsible for any damage caused by their dog. A daily $25 dollar pet fee is charged per day or $150 total if the trip is over 7days.
Q.Do you offer Delivery?
R.
We offer delivery up to 130miles. It takes us time off work, and gas to deliver and pick up, so we do charge a fee. We charge a flat $150 delivery and setup fee., OR $3.50 per mile , which ever is more. This includes a Tank Dump Fee. It takes us time off work, and gas to deliver and pick up. We fully set up/take down the trailer at delivery.
