Like new 37 Foot travel trailer with enough room for the entire family. There are two private bedrooms with queen size beds that slide out, the main slide-out features a queen size fold out couch and and oversize convertible dinette suitable for two children to sleep on. There is an electric fireplace for taking the chill out on a rainy night, as well as a 35,000 Btu furnace that will keep you warm on even the coldest nights of the season. Escape the hot summer with the ample ducted air conditioner or simply relax under the 21 foot awning. The kitchen comes fully stocked with cookware, plates and utensils, a coffee pot and microwaveable cups and bowls. All you need to bring is the food and condiments - there is plenty of cupboard and refrigerator space for everything you will need to enjoy your campsite without having to run out for supplies! We offer sufficient linens based on the length of your booking, and laundry bags for used towels and such. The bathroom is fully stocked with tissue, and there are trash receptacles and a supply of trash bags for your convenience. This unit has never been smoked in. for the benefit of everyone that will rent the coach after you we have a strict NO Smoking policy.Ce qui est inclusDelivery and setup are required as this unit has a tongue weight of 948 pounds and the dry weight is 8431 pounds. We can provide a generator at cost if you plan to boondock - note that a 50 amp electric unit like this won't run for long on battery power. Robert was a wonderful host. He was punctual, thoughtful, and kind. We appreciate all he did to make our weekend getaway comfortable and memorable! The RV comfortably fit our needs and was an excellent way to stay warm and dry, highly recommend.

Robert and his family were excellent hosts! Tjeir camper is beautiful, spacious and extra clean! When we arrived they had everything all set for us. They provided everything you can think of! From pots/pans, utensils, linens, dish soap, trash bags and outdoor chairs to a gas grill etc. Plenty of storage space so that we didnt have our bags all over the place.
I loved the lit up fire place/heater, looked pretty at night. I enjoyed the radio with outdoor speakers too.
Robert was very attentive and answered any questions and concerns I had fast.
My family and I look forward to renting this camper again in the future!
